Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your AEG Dishwasher.
Regular Cleaning of Filters
Check and clean the filters regularly to ensure they are not dirty or clogged. Dirty filters can decrease washing results and may damage the appliance.
Ensure Correct Filter Position
Make sure the filters are correctly assembled and positioned. Incorrect positioning can lead to poor washing results and potential damage to the dishwasher.
Cleaning Spray Arms
If the holes in the spray arms are clogged, carefully remove any remaining soil with a thin pointed object. Ensure the spray arms can move freely before starting a programme.
Use Correct Detergents
Always use detergents specifically designed for dishwashers. Fill the detergent dispenser with the appropriate quantity before starting any programme.
Prevent Limescale Buildup
Fill the salt container with dishwasher salt to prevent limescale buildup. Adjust the water softener to the correct level to ensure optimal performance.
